Refund Policy
All requests for refunds for winter or summer soccer must be submitted to

or dunbrack.sc@ns.sympatico.ca in writing, no exceptions.
Submitting a request for a refund does not necessarily mean one will be issued. Each refund request will be subject to the approval of the Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club Executive committee.
Refunds will be issued only after all SNS summer or winter registration deadlines have passed. Summer deadlines for SNS are June 15th and Winter deadlines for SNS are December 15th.
Full refunds will only be issued upon cancellation of any program prior to its start by Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club, The Nova Scotia Soccer League, The Capital Inter District Soccer League or the Metropolitan Indoor Soccer League.
Summer Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued no earlier than June 15th, 2012
- Withdrawals up to and including March 1st will be a full refund;
- Withdrawals March 2st March 31st of any given year will be subject to a $50.00 non refundable administrative fee;
- Withdrawals April 1st to April 30th of any given year will be subject to $75.00 non refundable administrative fee;
- Withdrawals May 1st to May 30th of any given year will be subject to a $100.00 non refundable administrative fee;
- No refunds will be issued after May 30th of any given year.
Winter Refund Policy
- Withdrawals up to and including October 1st will be a full refund;
- Withdrawals between October 2nd and November 30th will be subject to a $50.00 non refundable administrative fee;
- No refunds will be issued after November 30th of any given year.
