Before you go to any practice or game on grass fields please be sure to check the HRM website for field closures. Decisions are made by 3PM daily for evening play.
In support of the Club’s Premier Men’s and Women’s teams Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club invites all golfers and aspiring golfers to participate in a fun filled day.
Date: September 19, 2010
Location: Granite Springs Golf Course
Your entry fee of $500 for a foursome or $150.00 per golfer includes greens fee, shared golf cart with GPS, prizes, and a wonderful meal to conclude the day’s festivities. Single golfers will be placed on a team.
Deadline for entry is August 29, 2010
Would you like to sponsor a hole? Cost for a hole sponsor is $200.00. A sign with the sponsor’s name will be displayed throughout the tournament.
Corporations supporting this golf tournament will be considered sponsors of Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club and the company name will be proudly displayed on our website.
Throughout the day there will be various additional fun golf challenges such as ‘closest to the hole’, ‘longest drive’, putting contest, and more.
This event will be a tremendous fundraiser for HDSC. Proceeds from the golf tournament will be used to offset yearly financial challenges such as training facility rental, travel, officials, and other cost consuming team expenses pertaining to the senior program.

Effective August 1st,2006 in an effort to reduce the number of complaints, protests, requests to Soccer Nova Scotia,only those that are supported by the belonging club will be addressed.

Complaints, protests, requests received by Soccer Nova Scotia will be re-routed to the complaintent's club President. It is expected that club Presidents will contact the member complaining / protesting / requesting and discuss the issue with him / her. The club President can then decide whether to support the issue going forward to Soccer Nova Scotia, and would notify Soccer Nova Scotia accordingly. The concept serves the purposes of Clubs acting as filter for Soccer Nova Scotia so the Association is not unnecessarily burdened with issues that clubs do not consider to warrant Soccer Nova Scotia's attention.
